Qarsaan
0-0 at Dunfermline FT. We are now 8 points and 11 goals ahead of DU. Did not want to jinx things beforehand - but this has really been a season-defining day with the results elsewhere. We can only throw this away now! Yes. Now it is time to start the hard work. Great work - clean sheet (yet again) and 2 good goals.. brilliant work out.... but Up a level for the next game please .. (And some signings which make us even better...) We are on the march to the top division and we want to comfortably live there in the future... It makes such a difference that everyone at St. Mirren is pulling together and their hearts are in the groove for driving this club forward and upwards.... WINNERS and soon to be crowned CHAMPIONS ...

northstbuddie
After the hard-fought draw against Morton a week or so ago, we are now 20 points and 12 GD ahead of them. A day to savour!

saintargyll
Its been an amazing month so far and we are only half way through £300,000 for Morgan and get him back for the rest of the season Go 8 points clear at the top of the league with only 14 games to play Still to come in this month Beat Aberdeen in the Scottish cup plus a good wee cheque from the BBC Beat Dunfermline and killing off their challenge Hibs sell John McGinn to Celtic for £4M

Tommy
Well done the team today and we now have most points, most wins, less defeats, less draws than all the other teams. Also, top scorers and equal best goals against thank to having the best striker and goalkeeper in the league Today 4 of the 5 teams below us also dropped points so a good day for us as the gap gets wider from us and the rest of the league. cambiebud
Big day in the race to the top today. A win against our bogey club coupled with Dunfermline taking something from United and there will be breathing space. COYS! I thank you
Sonny
Stroll in the park today. Can't believe some folk wanted changes at half-time as we totally dominated; their keeper pulled off two great saves from Morgan, we had a goal chopped off; made loads of great openings and Reilly missed some sitters. It was only a matter of time as we were always in command against a team playing with 10 behind the ball. It was 2-0 going on 7-0. The only surprise is how Dumbarton beat us in Paisley as they weren't at the races today. Great performance from everyone but special mention to Stelios who was great and Captain McGinn. Some of the "happy with a point" stuff, against a team 3rd bottom was nonsense. At worst we could have drew but we have better players, a better manager so we were red hot favourites, as shown by the odds. If some people thought a draw was agreeable today we'd have no hope next week but I happen to believe we have more than a decent chance. Stevie88
Absolutely bossed the game today from start to finish. Kyle Magennis MOTM for me, thought he was outstanding & back to the form of last season. The pitch was terrible but we somehow still managed to knock the ball about well & Dumbarton didn’t get a sniff all afternoon. Slightly disappointed we didn’t score more, we had some decent chances but never managed to convert them.Another difficult away game next up for us in the league. Another 3 points would be great.COYS
