I've lived in Ulster for 33 years this year, the same province Big Tom was born and died in, and I first heard his name on Tuesday when he died. In a social club I use a lot, only a few guys knew who he was. RIP anyway, Big Tom. By all accounts he was a good guy.
Bud the Baker
Sounds like Ireland's Sidney Devine. We took the music across the Atlantic and it's only right that we should salute the guys who brought it back home like Tam & Sid. RIP Big Tom. Just like some dudes throughout the pubs in Paisley would not know the St Mirren Cup Winning legends of March 17th 2013.
