Callum Gilhooley
Alternatively, JR signs a new contact, takes saints to Europe via our magnificent cup run in season 2019-20 before succeeding Jose and ensuring the next crop of young guns at Man U cut their teeth in Paisley . I've a feeling James will be Jack's trusty number 2 for a while. Oh well! Compensation for two!

Aye, compensation is fine short term, we know how quickly that can go as we plummet in the wrong direction. JR has been a great find, scares me to think what could happen if he goes. A deserved reward for a season where we eased to the title in a tough league. I dread to think where we would be now had we employed someone else. Loving the meltdown from the bigot fans. It's even better because they would have accepted Lennon winning it, but because it's neither him or Brendan they are bitter as f**k Many Celtic fans showing zero class or any sense of sportsmanship. Quite pathetic really.

I think it's a gloryhunter thing. They cannot fathom why some of us don't find it impressive that Brendan is on the verge of back to back trebles. In truth it's the equivalent of St Mirren winning the Lowland League, Junior Cup and some other random trophy of non-league stature, the financial gap is ridiculous. Celtic have walked a league which they are expected to having more resources than the rest of us put together. We've walked a league where you could have considered 3 or 4 other teams would be realistic challengers at the start of the season. Any half decent manager would bring trebles to Celtic right now (I'm not for a minute trying to suggest Rodgers is only half decent, he clearly had an excellent impact on their mental attributes to keep them going for the unbeaten season last year without dropping gears), but it takes a damn good one to do what Jack Ross has done this season. nedflanders123
No mention of Jack on Teuchter BBC aka BBC Scotland, would wager Lennon would have got a mention. Like Sportscene which totally concentrates on the top league only (amateurish too), noone else gets a mention. Of course lots of telly watchers have forgotten that radio exists!

The same can't be said of TV. And what is "our flagship news show"? If you mean Reporting Scotland I haven't watched it in years.

Rodgers will stay at Sellik for a few years, gets to 10 in a row and has a few goes at advancing in Europe. Eventually leaves as he’s taken them as far as he can go. Gets a gig at somewhere like Newcastle, who part ways with Rafa after he walks out due to a lack of a transfer warchest from Cockney Mike. Lennon remains at Hibs - unless someone like Sunderland get back to the Championship and go for Lennon to get them to the EPL. Either that or Leicester City go for him as an ex-player, having went through three managers in four seasons. Jack Ross, having done well with us in the top flight, gets a gig at a club such as Nottingham Forest, Norwich, Leeds or Derby. Saints go for Tommy Craig. Bookmark this. It will happen. You were doing so well until Tommy Craig....................... Tommy couldn't get a Burger van application thru under our New BOD

Haven't you realised that TC is largely responsible for our hugely enjoyable 2017-18 season and the optimism we will take with us into next season ? Before TC, Macpherson and Lennon offered St Mirren fans (at best) dull, boring fare. After TC, Murray and Rae were clueless and out of their depth. But for Craig's shitefulness during his horrendous spell as our manager, we would never have tumbled to the depths we did. TC was the man who initiated the catastrophic turmoil that eventually provided JR with the opportunity to achieve our phoenix-like resurrection. Thanks Tommy !! Eric Arthur Blair
Jack is a pundit on BT Sport's coverage of the DU v Livvy game. Here's some of their pre-match buildup where apparently they are discussing the blue bigots. Edited May 7, 2018 by Eric Arthur Blair

Kemp
That was painful to watch. Jack is probably wishing we only made the playoffs so isn't stood with that pair of fuds.
