div Posted May 24, 2018 Report Share Posted May 24, 2018 I've had pretty major problems renewing my season ticket(s) online but looks like some stuff was fixed earlier today as I've finally been able to renew and it took only a few seconds to be fair now that it's fixed. I don't think I was alone! If you've been struggling with the "no memberships to renew" error then try again now and hopefully you too will be able to get sorted now! Same situation for me, I've been trying to renew since they went live. Tried again about 30 minutes ago and it went through with no drama. Yeah it was the changes they made overnight after the first day that broke stuff. When I was pressing Quick Renewal after that it was coming up "no membership renewals available" or something like that. It was the same this morning, but this afternoon when I tried again it worked fine for both me and the boy. I was using Firefox but unless you are changing seat, and thus trying to load the dreaded seat planner, it should work on all platforms. I couldn't renew on line but did manage to renew and both change seat plus buy a further three seats by e mail. The ticket office were obviously very busy but also very helpful.
