I preferred the Cross as it used to be without that concrete shopping centre built over it and the yellow bus is a McGills is it not, not sure where that road is though and the last picture of St James street makes me wonder when it was that McGills started to paint thier buses yellow?   Somebody will know  :rolleyes:

 

Just occured to me is it the old Rootes factory in Linwood. Elderslie, Paisley?  :lol:

the cross looking towards the Abbey .......but when?     Don't ever remember the trams in the middle like that although I did ride on one from up the west end I think, sometime in the middle 1950's ?

I posted the green one which is Cunninghams and then the following Blue one which is Patons because I suddenly remembered that Patons used to be ones I used when a youth and whilst searching for Patons I found the Cunninghams one  ...... reminiscing .......  and just seeing if anyone picked up on who they belonged to .
