Livi's new pitch

Was anyone else bemused at Livis new pitch and the black pellets that fired up every time the ball bounced or was struck. It was comical/farcical ..... how the hell is it allowed , especially when they got shot of a grass pitch.

Its clear its a leveler and therefore an unfair advantage.

Whilst we play on a bowling green , that no doubt Celtic and Hibs will adore...................

Should we look at " sporting advantages, like narrow the pitch against top opposition , or indeed growing the grass ala Hearts last year?

We will need every bit of help we can get this season.....

We should paint the away dressing room black. That’ll sort the basturts out. Get it round ye’ Broony, Griffiths and Tierney. Easy the Mirren.

Reminds of when an EPL side brought the ad hoardings close to the pitch to stop Rory Delap getting the run up for his long throws

If it's a 'leveler' how can it be an unfair advantage?
The pellets are used on all these pitches now. Instead of cutting the grass a machine is used to spread more pellets as players take them away in their shoes and socks.
Pitch for hibs game at weekend was a joke.

Cause it takes teams to their level, like Hibs, Celtic, Dons and Sevco----

Fairly obvious. When the big teams come a calling they are inhibited a little whereas, when the come to somewhere like Saint Mirren Park,  they are playing on a surface conducive to good football. Livi are more likely, as are Accies and Killie, to pick up points from those teams.

Fairly obvious that it can't be a leveller and an unfair advantage.

If we play Barcelona in 5 ft of snow, would you say that was a leveler ?
