Not even outside in a beer garden. Quote ……… "We welcome a lot of children and families and younger children in particular can be unpredictable around dogs and many are scared of dogs". So based on that statement it is the children that are unpredictable. And the children that are scared of dogs. Therefore why are the dogs being banned.
