St. Mirren v The Rangers, 3rd November 2018

Painfully but it shows we can show some fight, sadly lacking recently.
Yes, but that was the case 2 months ago against Celtic too then nothing afterward. Horribly, it's not just fight we need, but the ability to pick up points to go along with the fight. We've yet again thrown that away today.

I agree, there's got to be questions asked why we can go from the last 2 games to today.

How do you work that out it was as jammy a goal as you will see all season

Hardly "threw it away". There is quite a gulf in resources between the teams and we have competed well.

Don't know what some fans expect sometimes.

FT 0-2

Shite.

A better performance than Wednesday night for sure, but we deserved to lose in the end.

It’s yet another loss, our 7th in a row. When did we last lose 7 games in a row? I have no idea.

It’s yet another game without a goal too. That’s 2 goals in 8 games since Kearney arrived. Absolutely brutal stuff.

Suspect we maybe bottom by 5pm today. Either way Dundee away next week is must not lose.

Don't agree.  In the second half, certainly, but over the 90 I think we deserved a draw.

Didn't deserve to lose 2.0. Plenty effort today. But that's no use just doing it against the bigot brothers. It's got to be done every week. Thought young Ethan was excellent in his first start. And MacPherson done really well when he came. Thought Jones was MOM think if he gets a run in the team he will be a good player for us. But we have to go to Dundee next week with the same attitude. Not the Motherwell attitude from Wed night.

Completely irrelevant when with 11 minutes to go we're on level terms. Whatever way you look at it, to then lose the match 2-0 is poor.

Are you pished?

Resources matter just as much in the last 11 minutes as any other minutes.

Frustrating, overall played well, Rangers were stronger in the 2nd half but we were almost worth a point.

Goals win matches, we don't have any in our locker.

As has been mentioned, different team from the last 2 games (Certainly what I witnessed at Perth)

This, IMO, gives us more hope but we HAVE to produce similar every week, especially next week.

If we do the breaks will come.

We lost 7 league games in a row in season 68/69 , we hit that poor run in February , after being 2nd top in December !

Good performance all round. Time we started setting up like that against every team and shitfest some points. Special mention to Erhahon, Ferdinand, Jones and both McGinn’s.

S McGinn shut up a lot of numpties slating him today - looked like a player giving his all to me. Midfield also looked a lot more solid with McShane in there who competed well whilst perhaps being a little slack with set plays.

Final point is that Craig Samson is finished at this level - thanks for all your effort Craig but time for an indefinite spell on the bench.

Game of two halfs.
If we'd managed to take something when we had the wind in first half...

Hardly surprising that we tired given the squad rotation available to the bigoted cunts.

Had he been playing well is the real point.

You surely can't say he has, but he wasn't alone.

More like it today, along with others.

FFS he, and any other player along with the manager, is not untouchable.

A lot of supporters were calling for him to be dropped. He wasn’t making outright individual mistakes like others, so because he wasn’t carrying a team of underperforming players he should be dropped?

My point is people questioning his effort, if he played great in every game he wouldn’t be with us but he definitely gives his all for the stripes.
