Yep and Dundee were bottom too. That team was poorly managed and given the talent at our disposable should have easily finished in the top 6. We seen what they were capable of in the glorious league cup win though.

What a standard of player we had, Kenny McLean, Graham Carey and Dougie Imrie (all of whom would comfortably be our best player today) couldn’t get a game!

Dougie Imrie? You took that too far.

Never worked for Dougie at ourselves, mainly cause we had better players than him and he couldn’t get a run of games.

However you just need to look at his record in this league. He’s a proven performer and goal scorer at this level and has been for many years. We don’t really have any of them in our squad at the moment.

Good player for Hamilton,  never did anything to merit getting a run in our team.

That said , you're correct in what you say about us not having someone like him , and what he brings to Hamilton.

A bottom six player as I said at the time but once Kenny Mclean recovered fitness he was never first choice in a midfield that included Carey, Goodwin, McGowan, Mooy, Murray, Teale & Thomson - a squad that should have been able to finish better than 8th but nowhere a Top 6 place that season!

Biggest game of the season tonight. We need to catch and pass Well, thats the only target to look at. Put someone else deeper in the shite than yourself, and then fight like f**k, stand on their head to survive.

if we dont get a positive result tonight, i feel Rangers will pump us anyway, and if so regardless of the Dundee result we then have one game in November and SEVEN in December where we could, if in the same form not pick up a point, and effectively be one of the two relegation candidates by Hogmanay.

thats how big a game it is tonight! A chance to push someone else's head under the water and hold them down in our battle for survival.

In essence that really means nothing to us. The only thought in our minds should be catching the team above.

It, obviously, goes hand in hand that, while we would like to win, any team in our vicinity gets thumped.

There will be almost as much interest in the Dundee game as ours.

I hear you, but actually if dundee did get something out of it, as do we then it keeps at least three teams in it, which is easier to exploit!

Correct Sir.

I sincerely hope Dundee hump the sectarian Cnuts.

Motherwell fans worried due to injuries and what the team/formation will be.
Looks like we're in with a shout.

Aberdeen had a lot of 1st team regulars out when we last played them....

FFS Was that why it was only 4-1 :death
