It was raining goals in our games back then , Gordon Knowles was next up , P5 W0 D2 L 3 F 13 A 17 In short , we played 11 games in that short spell (15th Sep 73-10th Nov 73) , won only 5 of them , yet scored 34 times , that's some record ! shull
I though I had put Ally Hunter in. Anyway, he was shite for us. Put him alongside the crap Herriot and give him a 3 out of 20. He wouldn't give us a wave when requested at a game down at Somerset. So, feckem. Think he was still with Saints and went to Baltimore on loan. Once scared the sh!t out of us by dribbling 3 forwards before passing the ball. guinness
Connaghan gave one of the best displays I have ever seen from a goalie in a 2 - 0 defeat at Celtic park. Overall billy Thomson was the best in my time . the odd cup tie apart.

East Lothian Saint
Well looks like Sammy was a top goal. Keeper despite what Shull thinks the stats say otherwise. Only St Johnstone goalkeeper Zander Clark (49) has made more saves in this season's Premiership than St Mirren's Craig Samson (47), who has just retired. Straight from the BBC. And why did he get mighty praise last season when he hardly made a save ? Correct. Our defence is absolute shite this season. How many clean sheets this season. Dinnae fecking listen to the BBC. Stats eh. A Team can have 90% possession and still be pish and lose the match.
shull
Example Clark 50 saves from 80 shots. Samson 49 saves from 150 shots.

So by BBCs logic we've conceded 101 goals so far this season.... or is he supposed to save shots that are flying miles wide... Shit stats.
