Sorry, not good enough. We should be competing with every team in this league.

You'll get people on here saying "we were always going to lose, anything against them is just a bonus". It's a ridiculous way to look at things, as shown by the point (almost 3) we took off them at home.

This Celtic team is actually missing 5 or 6 of their best players. Going there and giving away soft goals from corners and stupid penalties is just not on. Kearney's efforts to fix this defence seem to be taking us backwards if anything!

same shite different day at ibrox a week on saturday, do you expect anything but a doing there

as well?

How long does Kearney’s free pass last for?

I know it’s Celtic but this is embarrassing, no shape, no plan, nothing, absolutely garbage.

Airdrie caused them more problems at the weekend.

Bring back Danny Lennon and we'll go give them a game!

I know we're shite just now but i think our new players might perhaps need a bit more time to settle. This is not the kind of game that we are looking to win but unfortunately it's came when we're in the middle of a transition period and still to buy some more new players.

yes we can hopefully be more competitive in these games at home if we want to stay up

we need to be taking something from these next 2 home games in the league

The same Danny Lennon who in his 4 years in charge lost umpteen times to Celtic including a couple of threes, a four and a couple of five goal drubbings !!!

I'm sure the reference was to getting a draw at Ibrox and beating the dead club at Greenhill Road?

Question was regarding the ****, as was my answer.

**** = the blue c**t side of Glasgow.

Presumably since Alloa's home strip has black in it that clashes with our home strip and their away top is white... I'm guessing that's why we wore our away strip v them. The OF home strips don't clash.

Not denying we change when there is a perceived clash BUT may I remind you we don't clash enough with any of the ugly sisters or Aberdeen or Dundee and many others  so why the need to change ....It's a real pet hate of mine we never use to this is all a sham and money driven lark don't get me wrong I've liked some of our second kits but should only ever be used when there is a clash that's my point:)

Celtic are in the mood tonight unfortunately. Hopefully avoid a total pasting to goal difference and confidence and avoid any more injuries too. At least it will be a good fitness workout for those who need it, chasing shadows all night.

Stupid and irresponsible penalty given away by S McGinn.  He should know better...and why isn't McAllister on?

And why IS Ryan Flynn on? Kearney really seems to see something in utterly hopeless midfielders.

As I mentioned before even JRs miracle recovery took a while to kick in, the man himself said it wasn't till the Ayr game in late February (25th IIRC) he felt we started playing consistently better - only a month to wait! :toilet

Given that his 1st transfer window has more than 1 week to run I would say the free pass runs out in March if we are going to allow him time to finish the January clear out sign a few players and get the new signings fit, up to speed and integrated... he's also not had Magennis fit for most of his time and he makes a big difference to our often flimsy midfield when he plays.

Apart from the old firm we should fancy our chances of getting points from the rest, they're nothing special and maybe next season we can have a go at trying to beat the OF but right now, no chance.

Who is fully fit and a natural midfielder that you would play instead of Flynn?

I'd go on myself rather than watch that boy wonder around aimlessly.

Otherwise, McAllister.

I agree with this.

However, this tweet sums up how I felt at half time in the Alloa game. The lack of shape, organisation, and composure on the ball is pretty worrying.
