The only eejit is the one trying to compare our current predicament with Dundee Utd one has the biggest budget in their league the other has prob second smallest in their league.

If you think that taking over at Dundee Utd was similar or harder job than taking over st Mirren this season then you must be an eejit.

You were the eejit quoting one game.

Again, missing the point.

A managers job is to improve the performance of players and position of the club.

Keep smiling, we're not relegated yet.

Probably why Robbie Neilson did not want the St Mirren job.

Lol again your missing the point it’s a hell of a lot easier to improve that united team in the championship than it is this St Mirren squad in the premiership.

He’s improved the squad outside the transfer window which takes some doing considering how much of the budget Stubbs wasted.

Ferdinand>heaton

Hammill>king

Jackson>brock madsen

We will see in January if he can repair the damage enough to get a squad capable of keeping us up.

A united team that were on a downward spiral? Aye, easy.

I'm sure, come the end of the season, there will still be a small group who will still blame Stubbs IF we go down.

There are questions asked more and more about our current manager, let's see what happens.

I'm far from convinced he's got enough to make us into a decent side.

All we know is we've played 11 games under the new manager and amassed 5 points.

No point in using logical argument with the F Man. His opinions change with the wind. His only interest is in (no idea why) building the number of posts he does.

His usual tools are personal abuse and emojis rather than lucid argument and counter argument.

By the way..we have a game on Wednesday against Hibs. Now that the Junior match to be held at Raith Rovers Ground on Wednesday , which he was minded to attend,  is off...might we see him at Easter Road?

I may be wrong but I believe that he might have been in Paisley on Saturday..but not at the game. No shame in that. Not the only person in that position.

The small group has a good understanding of real life football then and not fairy tales.

You think it’s easy for a club with our budget to come up and stay in this league ? Even though we have spent many years outside it.

We needed to make the most of our budget signing players and building a squad that is good enough to stay up sadly Stubbs failed very badly with that and has left us in a complete mess now the new manager has to try work with the scraps that are left in the budget get shit players that are under contract out and replace them mid season where the January window is hard enough for any club never mind ours with no money to buy players.

Before you come back with your predictable reply of so we should just accept we should be relegated and the season over no we shouldn’t but we should be getting right behind Oran and players so hopefully they can pull off what will be a very hard job of keeping us in the premiership this year.

Or the support that expect us to STAY in the league, hardly a fairy tale.

More garbage, I've not suggested, never mind said, that we should accept anything like this, although others have.

It's reasonable to question the managers performance so far without continually blaming the previous manager.

PS You've lost the plot when you agree with PRicky. :byebye

Hardly comparable. Utd's wage budget will dwarf every other team in that division. I imagine  Ross County is the only team that comes close.

With the players they have , they should be doing well.

Correct.  Just as we should have and did last season with the money we spent.

It must be time to fire the numpty that's in charge of the ball boys. Hamilton didn't need to time-waste today with these clueless 6 year-old kids as ball boys. Get some bigger lads involved FFS !!

Tottenham's equalising goal tonight showed the importance of having competent ball boys.

We are still naively using "toddlers" for this function. It's not the kids' fault, it's a failure of the club to understand the possible significance. When will those in charge of this stuff realise that ball boys can actually positively influence the flow of the game in St Mirren's favour.

Been this way for years and needs sorting.Whats wrong with using Youth Players as Ballboys?

I seem to remember our ball boys very positively affecting the game during the penalty shoot out against DUFC. :D
