That's not necessarily true. There may be a religion (past, present or future) that was/is/will be based in reality. Not sure what it would be but it's definitely possible. It certainly isn't any of the Abrahamic ones, though.

Religion depends on faith. Faith is basically having belief in something that hasn't been proven. Reality is believing in things that have occurred or have some semblance of proof. I can't see how they can be intertwined. IF their was a religion based on reality it would be, in essence,  not be based on faith, but on a degree of certainty, ergo, not a religion.

ETA. God knows, I wish I could believe. At least I would THINK there was something after this torture of supporting Saints!😂

EATA Wait a minute. There is. Shull has shone the light. It's the pictures!🤣

Why let the facts get in the way of another waste of text?

Can you think of any other loan deal where sources close to the club said it was happening, then when the deal fell through the club put out an official statement basically saying the player was too greedy to conclude the deal with?

WTF has that got to with anything?

It would seem quite clear, to those of us without an agenda, that the loan deal had been agreed, and had all but been announced as a done deal by a club official.

The player/agent had then increased financial demands, which were too rich for us.

For this to happen in such circumstances, with such a popular player, the club obviously felt the need to clarify matters to the fans.

There has been roaring and greeting about the club not being transparent.

It seems that they can't win.

It's a classic case of Occam's razor IMO.

There's nothing remotely unique about this deal and the way it's being reported, in fact I'd say it's fairly common for 2019 with Saints, Dynamo, Popescu, his agents, that's 4 parties involved - thankfully not 5 tho' as we don't use agents. :whistle

Who amongst us can possibly tell how much of the truth any of the parties is telling (except for Baz :toilet ).

Maybe, to quote Steven McGinn, it's all down to language problems!  :argue:

Mental scenes. Dinamo manager suffered a heart attack at pitch side after 25 minutes and was taken to hospital, players in bits.
Ref decides though that the game must continue.

Crazy. Surely you have to stop a game in those circumstances ?

You'd think so but nope, Dinamo went on to lose 2-0.
