Aberdeen have 2 good wingers - so they are a very real test for any full back. Team did well and all 14 played a part in winning the point . . . The77s
Who came on for Muzek at HT? I thought it was Erhahon (with a haircut), but the BBC, team lineups have Corbu replacing Muzek!

W6Saint
Good result, do have to question the squad’s mental character though. In the great escape season it was very much down to a never say die attitude. That’s twice away from home this year we’ve drew 2-2 after being ahead twice each, this would be a crucial extra 4 points, but not to be... Hopefully the players take confidence from a well won point into an important part of the season.

It's not like we went to, say, Dumbarton, in the February of that season and drew 2-2 after being ahead twice. No, that didn't happen... Only Paul McGinn and Anton Ferdinand started both fixtures at Easter Road and today at Aberdeen so I scarcely think it is fair to draw any conclusions about the "squad's" mental character by using these two matches as a guide. Thought Ryan Flynn had his best game in a saint shirt.. left nothing on the park well done Ryan.

Post, obviously. No conclusions being drawn. Both squads have struggled to keep a lead. You remember the Hibs game at home just a few weeks ago too, yes? 3 hours ago, portmahomack saint said: Thought the team defended well at 2-1 Cosgrove took his goal well credit where due. buddies1877
Looks like we should have had a 3rd goal when Kyle was played through 1 on 1 to then lob the keeper but was flagged offside

Jack the lad
Finally some passion and pride, low and behold we get a point at a very difficult place. Were there fresh shots of hope to be seen yesterday or will it just be a false dawn. Hertz up next will be interesting before we have two winnable home games. You saying the defender can run about 5 yards before I think it’s popescu kick can follow through and kick the ball [emoji23] But here you go still well onside after the ball is away. beyond our ken
the odds are still stacked against our staying up. but that was a good result and a good performance. it at least shows we are capable of getting back in touch for a play off and possibly better. I'd also back saints to win any play-off now, if we get thechance.

Just watched the highlights a bit unlucky. The pass is made our player is on side. But the saints player near the circle touched the ball with his head when that happens our player is offside. On another day it would have been played on.
