Reasonable prices,

Should be similar for Premiership matches.

Bit of a highly dangerous location for the Edinburgh City dudes to watch the game from. Could be carnage.

Radio Scotland.

There will be no Open Aw Mics or a Commentary for the Cup Ties on Sportsound over Saturday and Sunday.

Sportsound will give blanket live coverage of Golf instead.

Once again the media acting like Scottish football doesn’t exist outside of the Green Bigots and Sevco 2012.

Well, today will see the final group games completed and St Johnstone and us, likely to be the biggest casualties.

Despite the straws that were grasped by some in the faint hope other "big teams" would go out to camouflage our tragic exit.

A week before the "bread and butter"  league starts.

What happened to the ITK hints yesterday was the day we'd sign this mystery player?

Surely we'll sign someone, anyone soon?

Ha!

So the way it’s panned out, despite losing to the Pars, scraping past EC thanks to a late penalty and drawing with Albion Rovers, If we’d only managed to beat non league EK we’d have gone through. 🤣

Would we have gone through with 7 points though? ?

    Team P GD Pts
1   Dunfermline 4 10 9
2   Albion 4 -4 7
3   St Mirren 4 0 6
4   East Kilbride 4 -4 5
5   Edinburgh City 4 -2 3

Last 16

Seeded

Green Bigots (Euro Qualifier)

Sevco 2012 (Euro Qualifier)

Aberdeen (Euro Qualifier)

Kilmarnock (Euro Qualifier)

Motherwell (Group Winner, 12pts)

Ross County (Group Winner, 12pts)

Livingston (Group Winner, 11pts)

Hibernian (Group Winner, 11pts)

Unseeded

Hearts (Group Winner, 10pts)

Partick Thistle (Group Winner, 10pts)

Dunfermline (Group Winner, 9pts)

Forfar Athletic (Runner Up, 9pts +5)

Hamilton (Runner Up, 9pts +3)

Morton (Runner Up, 9pts +6)

?

?

Two spaces remain for three sides. Dundee FC v Inverness Caledonian Thistle tomorrow. Both sides sit on 7pts. A 90 minute win takes the group win and guarantees an unseeded place. This would also guarantee East Fife progress (EF finishes on 8pts +2, other runners up Ayr, Albion and Alloa all finished on 7pts).

A draw guarantees progress for both Dundee and ICT, and eliminates East Fife. The penalty shootout would be meaningless as both sides would progress anyway, and neither can claim a Seeded spot even if they win in 90. So if you are a gambler the draw is the one to look at.

Queen’s Park v Clyde also takes place tomorrow but neither side can qualify.

What a f**kin uninspiring draw in the League Cup. Not one single appealing tie. Glad we’re no in it. 🤣

Seeding is absolute dogshit.

Seeding does give motivation to win your group well though by trying to take the full 12 points.

Dung away to Septic. Probably best that we never got through group now 😱

If we had got the 11/12 points expected of us we could have been seeded and avoided the vermin :P

I’m well up on what is needed to achieve seeding. I’m saying the concept of seeding is shite.

Just another mechanism to give the biggest teams the best chance of getting through to the latter stages.

Why shouldn’t Celtic be able to draw Rangers. Load of bollocks.
