Opening fixture looks a tough one

Never an easy place to go and pick up points (do any exist?).

Watched Hibs against Stirling Albion. Created a number of chances but the game finished 1-1 in regulation time.

Will be have new players in by then?

Should have a better idea where we are in this game. Even with a stronger squad it's a tough venue. Wish I could get to this game Hibs is always a very enjoyable day out one of the best in the premiership.

They thumped the mighty Arbroath 3-0 and gave only conceded 1 goal in 3 games.

They weren't in a group of death like us right enough.

With the squad currently as it is, we'll get nothing apart from a loss. 4 quality signings between now and then, a glimmer of hope.

That's what I said.

As for 4 quality signings, hard to imagine how that'll happen at this stage when anybody that is anybody has already been signed.

Alloa kept them to 2. Always a chance.

And Stirling Albion held them to a nil-nil draw during 90 minutes. It was a decent performance by Albion.

Hibs did create more chances however. Still - Nice to see the league get underway.

A bit of trepidation too!

Going along to the 1st league game of a season doesn't really fall into the superfan category.
