The benefits of getting older

Recommended Posts

Made up my mind to stop going to away games due to ticket prices this season. On Saturday I was telling the guy next to me that I now have my free bus pass and my senior ferry pass for £1.50 return. Now i found out a concession football ticket is available. £16 for Motherwell is the icing on the cake so I will be there on Saturday. Will also travel to the Edinburgh games on public transport now. Happy day's 🤩

A Main Stand padded seat at Paisley is £14.00, because you’re worth it!

(I believe cheaper padded cells are available in the wank tank.)

Disappointed. The guy next to me said you can now get a concession ticket. Unfortunately I cant as I am 60 not 65 so only home games for me. Padded seat. When I went to purchase the first season ticket for the new stadium there were a couple of criteria. Having listened to adults throwing foul language at the top of their voice in the Northbank I decided the westbank was not for me. Going by the apologies by the commenter doing the games  for st Mirren tv over language I did the right thing to move stands. So a seat in the new main stand was for me. Next was where to sit. Personally the half way line has always been my preferred viewing position. As far back as can be as I like looking down on the game. This meant a padded seat. Would I have purchased the seat if not padded of course it's a seat for 90min. Why would you bring up a padded seat ?

St Mirren do concessions from the age of 60 - according to the official site.  I suggested padded seats  -first price I spotted, but also as they might be better for those getting on in years - seeking comfort...

Why would you bring up a padded seat ?

"Why would you..."?

They are notoriously difficult to digest.  I'd never even swallow one, in the first place.
