aldo_j
Would have thought they’d share notes or a recording of the recent company AGM, unless I’ve missed it? Don’t think two sentences at the bottom of the email is particularly sufficient and they could do more around things like this.
melmac
Ah, a bit of confusio there, SMFC and SMiSA are not one and the same thing, although one may try and have you believe they are.
Lord Pityme
Ah, a bit of confusio there, SMFC and SMiSA are not one and the same thing, although one may try and have you believe they are.Correct! They are supposed to be independent of each other by law. Indeed Smisa members are 30% shareholders in the club and as such are all entitled to attend the agm.The smisa committee doubt want to promote that so keep it under your hat. Lol As much as SMISA & SMFC are observably separate, their goals should be aligned. Us vs them mentality from some fans, really baffling. Imagine using fact to get in the way of a good bit of nonsense. 🤣
St.Ricky
I guess it's near impossible to keep everybody happy. The Board have a duty to operate the club in the interests of the shareholders and appear to be doing that with promotion and staying in the top league. SMISA appear to be doing theirs and I like the increased profile of our Charity Arm. Differences of opinion are healthy and rather than ignored, should be encouraged.
