I hope not Stu. I moved into the Paisley area in the mid 1970's. It was a town with high employment, the highest savings ratio in Scotland and a thriving high Street. I'm very loosely involved in Town Centre Regeneration and a lot of stuff is straining to get through the various levels of beurocracy and get done!
