djchapsticks
He's got plenty of goals to pick through at least.
Magic Monkey
I, for one, would like to welcome Chabbi and our new 2-3-5 formation.
faraway saint
Another "fingers crossed" player. Played 15 times in the top league in Turkey this season, mid table side, so probably not rubbish. Scored 5 goals. Previous seasons, scored 22, although in the diddy league in Austria. scam75
Seems to have pace, is tall, plays off the shoulder and pretty composed in front of goal. It's been a very long time since a Saints player had all those attributes. Granted it's a YouTube compilation but on the face of it looks a good addition! Welcome to the Buds Siefe! southsidebud
Can't fault JG with this one - stats suggest he's the sort of player that's in the upper range of our realistic targets. A punt of course - but not an outrageous one. Hopefully in place for the mid week game and cup game next week

munoz
Welcome aboard. Is this the most forward position players we've ever had in one squad?

insaintee
It is a bit odd that we have so many forwards, but it is the most important part of the team. Obika has been middling in a sort of Bill Mehmet way but none of them have looked world beaters. If someone like this becomes available for loan, you get a punt for only what ever we're contributing to his wages. It's a gamble but one worth taking as is the one for Alex. If it pays of great and could make a big difference to where we end up, if not no great loss. We're kind of sorted elsewhere Edited February 1, 2020 by insaintee

Back 87/88 we started the season with 6 strikers, McGarvey, Ferguson, McDowall, Gallagher, Chalmers & McWalter on the books. Ferguson left and we brought in Conroy. 79/80 saw us start with 5, Somner, McDougall, Bone, Torrance and Logan on the books. Another one in the 'weird' column along with Jakubiak in terms of minutes to goals. Look at his ratio in Turkey. One every 110 minutes, Yet he still only started 4 games. Maybe we're in the market now of looking at players who are inexplicably overlooked. A market some on here would argue Danny Mullen is firmly in.
