Nor should it. Budge claiming it’s for the good of football is beyond laughable. 2 years only. Get it in the bin

So, after her one season re-organization was binned 2 weeks ago so the "successful businesswoman" has a think and comes up with a new plan, two seasons before reverting to a 12 team top flight - the surprising thing is I'm not really surprised.

I'm sure this "Billy Big baws"  statement was exceptionally helpful in promoting her idea.

“This is not the time to be expelling one of the League’s biggest and best resourced Clubs from the Premiership.“

In short, the Premiership needs Hearts more than the Championship does.”

Hearts have been unfairly booted out the Premiership.

I believe only one club has managed to move from being 12th at 30 games to save themselves after 38 in the last 5 seasons. Hearts are where they are because they've been worse than any other club. And by 4 points. They deserve to be 12th. They deserve to be relegated. It's the end of the season. That's official. get over it shurly.

So Budge's idea of being 'fair' is

Hearts, shittiest team in the League, bottom or the form table and bottom of the League avoid deserved relegation.

Cove, League leaders with the same points difference over a rival as Celtic, are relegated instead of crowned Champions and promoted.

Clyde, Peterhead, Forfar are all relegated although none are bottom of their League, unlike Hearts. All lose substantial income due to unfair relegation.

Stranraer, one of the teams she quoted in her 'unfair' shouting, is now relegated as their situation no longer supports Hearts fantasies.

f**k off Budge. Get doon cheating Herts.

They should not be relegated from an unfinished League.

That would be very unfair.

It's finished, the SPFL passed a vote to finish it on earlier in the month.

As an aside it gripes me that people continue to confuse league and divisions - there is one league with 4 divisions.

I can't understand "successful businesswoman Anne Budge's" latest move - the decision's been taken, the season's over with Hearts relegated, clubs like Saints are currently negotiating deals with players in very uncertain financial circumstances and yet her plan is to ask diddy clubs like ourselves to take a further financial risk by offering just one extra season before returning to the status quo in return, she's the one asking a favour for her club yet she's still trying to play hardball.

To offset the injustice, Budge is fully advocating a setup that will see 20 out of 42 senior clubs across 3 leagues in Scotland guaranteed to be relegated in 2 years from now.

There is inherently nothing wrong with reconstruction on two conditions.

It should be permanent and should be at the end of the upcoming season. If it's unfair to relegate Hearts on an incomplete season then it's also unfair to relegate or promote other clubs retroactively on an incomplete season.

There is also no way to finish the season. To protect the television deal, this is now impossible.

There is no completely fair outcome in this. None exists given that playing games on the never never is an impossibility.

Finish the Leagues.

Renegotiate the TV deals if required.

Not impossible.

Get the 6 Leagues up and running again and let's complete the 2019/20 Season.

They are.

No need presently.

What's not ?

They're already finished.

Why would they renegotiate the deal and leave themselves in a potentially worse position?

The TV deal, all things said, is quite lucrative to clubs.

The season is done, son. Let it go.
