Unless an interdict is granted then the top league will start on 1 August without them. They will therefore have an obligation to fulfill fixtures in the championship. Hearts will have to prove either malpractice or a mistake in applying the rules within what is a membership organisation. Malpractice in that the board acted outside its powers e.g.in allowing Dundee to change their vote in an early ballot and by allegedly pressurising clubs into accepting the preferred position of the board. He made a conscious decision that when his daughter stopped wanting to go, he stopped going and he spends time with her doing non football things. Personally, I commend him for that. But.. He is visiting his internal rage at the change through constant ranting on here. Time will pass, his little girl will start going places with friends and, unless his pride stops him, he will be back.
