Saints1987
Saw this on a Twitter post about how great black strips are. i love it, would make a great saints away strip. I always think the fan led concept designs look way better than what we end up with.
antrin
As a third shirt - holiday and pub use only - black is a lovely colour. As a shirt used in competitive matches, it is maybe not so good. Instant identification of where your team-mates are, general appreciation of the shape of your team and its movements are probably better served by something noticeable, eye-catching and distinct. Such as strong Black and White stripes...

AS Saints are always playing on waterlogged pitches, in front of waterfalls, then exactly like that... Sigh...

But Antrin, but Antrin, how does that explain the Heart's player's pish poor pass straight to Wallace enabling him to delicately lump it up the park for Obika for that wonderful goal that put the jam tarts at the bottom of the league? Could it be because Wallace was wearing black & white stripes he only saw hauf o' him?

Dazzle camouflage wasn't to make them ships not stand out. It was to make it hard to gauge distance and heading in time before radars were as advanced as they are now. Cookie Monster
Dazzle camouflage wasn't to make them ships not stand out. It was to make it hard to gauge distance and heading in time before radars were as advanced as they are now. So instead of not seeing them, it explains all the misplaced passes.
