Red card those two now 22 minutes ago, HSS said: It’s not the Clubs fault.Aberdeen and sellic, and every other Club, will have drilled the rules into players heads until players are sick of hearing it.Its hardly the Clubs fault that players are as thick as f**k. I think the insinuation is that Scottish Football will be getting the red card, not the next team. There have been many valid and some silly comments regarding Covid, football, disciplinary action, Public health and conspiracies but it looks like wee Nicky is backing herself into a corner and the next breach could well be the end of the season for everyone. I can accept Aberdeen may have an excuse but I find it hard to believe Celtic could misplace a player for 4 days before a match and then play him. It seems a bit odd that he would miss training etc and still play unless he took time off and told lies. Surely Celtic can't be that naive. Maybe the club is faultless but it seems a bit odd. I take it Bolingoli will get a police visit and pay at least his £480 spot fine. I say take him to court and bump him for the full five grand. As HSS suggests he is as thick as $#^? in the neck of a bottle. He deserves it. Anything worth watching on St Mirren TV on Wednesday night? Starting from now, a long term ban for any players taking the piss. On the bright side, maybe fans will be back in the ground by the time this game get played and the club would make money out of it Team culture dictates that the team take the hit they are happy enough to take all the benefits of the player
Ayrshire Saints
Whispers from various sources (don't know how reliable yet) that potentially more Celtic players to be investigated for similar breaches. Would be great if they made an example out of them and cancelled their next couple of games awarding 3-0 victories to the clubs It's hardly "whispers " when the CMO alluded to it openly at the daily briefing. His take was that he expected further SM exposes however if these prove to show breaches prior to the two public incidents they should be ignored however any future highlighted breaches will not be.

If you were stupid and did something like that, would you expect your employers to get punish as well ?

Normal people have been through hell trying live with lockdown. And selfish f**king footballers think the rules don't apply to them. Well done to the First Minister for coming down hard on these clowns. I don't she has come down hard enough. No, people’s lives are more important than ludicrous and completely unnecessary restrictions. There was no need for a lockdown at all, Nicola Sturgeon and Boris Johnson are lunatics.

When's the next election, or has that been cancelled too. If someone had said a year ago that football games would be played behind closed doors and games called off because some players drank in a pub, they’d be declared a tin foil hat conspiracy theorist. Yet here we are. Putting the young, fit and healthy under quarantine, throwing thousands of sick and elderly patients out of hospital, seeding Covid into care homes, closing half the NHS and scaring people away from seeking medical treatment, all in the name of “protecting the NHS” when it didn’t need protecting and should have been protecting the public, is the greatest lunacy in British history. Sturgeon and Johnson’s policies are responsible for the deaths of 10s of 000s, the destruction of millions of livelihoods, the ruination of children’s education and condemned millions in the third world to starvation. People need to wake up.
oaksoft
Not sure why people are not seeing the positive here. After a doing from Rangers we avoid another exhausting doing from Celtic before our much more important match at Hamilton on Saturday. The rest will do us good. We can play Celtic midweek at another time when we haven just also played Rangers. This is good news.

This is real, people are dying.

Just screams punishment and we’re getting shat on for some other teams misdemeanours. Celtic would be demanding compo/points etc if it was due to us... we’re too nice on the park and in the boardroom. Get into them! it is funny seeing all the Celtic fan retweets from the weekend demanding Aberdeen should give up 3 points, crazy what a few days does 😂
munoz
I wouldn't like to be in the shoes/boots of the next player/players to blatantly flaunt the rules. I imagine the backlash would be pretty bad.

No fans till next year is my guess because she's already saying October is a tight one. Then we're into the normal flu season and no doubt we'll see covid cases rise again during winter. Is she seriously going to open up football for a couple of months at the end of this season? I doubt it. I can see a case for her saying no fans this season at all. We might see things open up next August. Edited August 11, 2020 by oaksoft
