If you're trying to tell me that doesn't deserve similar or worse punishment, you're at it. Corrupt. You are misunderstanding. In our case it was a club failing to implement agreed rules. What rules did Aberdeen FC fail to implement in their case?

elvis
I'm telling you we are f**king cursed it's as if the gods are conspiring against us if we don't get relegated this season it will be an absolute miracle. I really hope it gets everyone pumped up to get it up the lot of them.
oaksoft
What needs to happen now is that the players get angry enough over this to get out and kick some arse on the pitch. Starting right now.

Callum Gilhooley
I think the fact that we employed two “covid champions “ after these two events tells us the club knew there were flaws in our processes and were scurrying about trying to make good..... too late . That was not the case for Aberdeen, Celtic or Rangers. None of those clubs postponed games. Aberdeen and Celtic were forced to postpone. If Aberdeen FC had organised that pub outing things would have been different. I'm not sure why you are not seeing the difference TBH. The club can only advise and emphasise the rules players must follow while away from the club. They cannot be held responsible for all players actions away from the club . It would appear that our club did not put in place the processes to keep players safe while at the club.

Correct Club punishment from SPFL and those other players were punished by the SFA and their clubs also. Scottish government strongly suggested games were cancelled and SPFL agreed and Aberdeen was in a lockdown too Club board to blame

[emoji850]Agree that we probably deserve this as we were caught. However I do not believe for one minute that no other players in Scotland were:are carsharing. Bare in mind the logistics of travelling to training for players who don’t drive, live a great distance from their place of work etc. Are all these other clubs seriously saying that all their players have been taking public transport or taxis? I seriously doubt it. Could be an interesting next few days as I’m sure someone will do a Lee Wallace and turn super grass.
