Slightly, we've been here before, the money placed slightly alters the odds, it the probability they use to set the odds.

Wasting my time, you're clueless.

OK so you don't know how it works then.😀

They are not trying to predict match results.

They are there to make money.

If everyone piles money on a Saints win, the odds on a Saints win would be slashed because they'd go bust if Saints won the game and they left the odds relatively untouched.

You're making a fool of yourself.

Of course there's SHOCK results, that's why their called shock results.

We can win tomorrow, it's just unlikely.

Oh, who said we had NO CHANCE of beating Hearts in the final?

You do know the bookies get it right MORE often than nought?

Quoting the ODD shock result doesn't make your point any stronger I'm afraid.

I'll assume you've not read this thread where it's been pointed out we were playing well at that point.

If you REALLY think we're playing well right now time for a wee break.

I’m not saying we are playing well just now.I’m saying the Bookie doesn’t always get it right.
Im off to do my coupon just now....12 team accumulator.......every team I have picked is an odds on favourite.Going my your thoughts it’s a guaranteed winner 👏👏👏

I appreciate a touch of over confidence as much as the next man, even when it turns to arrogance as in your case.

What I can't get my head around though is the utter ignorance which underpins it. 😀

Maybe this lack of understanding is at the root of why so many gamblers lose money at the bookies?

I know there’s been much discussion about this already, and it may well just be the perspective, but the pitch does look both wider and longer than ours and Livi’s.

Camera angle?

Oh, it might help if their goal is bigger.

If stakes are unbalanced on outcomes, then Bookmakers adjust their odds in order to make the least popular outcome more attractive

Go figure genius.
