You do know the bookies get it right MORE often than nought?

Quoting the ODD shock result doesn't make your point any stronger I'm afraid.

I'll assume you've not read this thread where it's been pointed out we were playing well at that point.

If you REALLY think we're playing well right now time for a wee break.

How did the bookies get on today? 🤣

Trying to predict football scores by what the bookies say is madness.

No wonder you lose so much money gambling.

Exactly just talking to my boy about St Johnstone v Hibs and our away record at both their grounds we always seem to be terrible at Perth therfore we lose their alot on the other hand we have had a few really good performances in Edinburgh but again we rarely win.

Only in Perth. We’re ok in Paisley.

How many poor bookies do you know?

When I was a student there was a guy in my class, Gary Moore.

His dad used to be an independent bookie in Edinburgh IIRC and his shop was near a pub called The Ben Nevis. The story goes that everyone from the pub from underagers to sherry drinking dowagers  were placing bets of all sizes on the Ben Nevis which surely couldn't win at 100/1, 66/1, 50/1 etc.

Well the greedy so and so didn't lay off enough to cover his liability and when it won at 40/1 his business was liquidated.

There's always one, like shock results. 😉
