ALBIONSAINT
Just booked flights to Vienna to watch Scotland v Austria in September. What are you all planning to do first when restrictions are all but gone and you can travel and socialise again?
StanleySaint
Had to cancel the Mrs' 50th birthday trip to San Francisco so that will be back on for later in the year but somewhere hot before that, possibly Turkey (appropriately). Get a check up at the dentists. Tempted to disappear to a house in a forest in northern Sweden for a month to write.

It is. and online, too. https://www.foyles.co.uk The TWO Waterstones on Piccadilly are equally as good as Foyle’s, if you’re down here. Scotland is as good a place to write in as Sweden. Southern Sweden is also fine. As is western Sweden. You shouldn’t be looking for excuses to ‘not start’ - just get on with it. I’ll probably go to a place called Paisley, meet in a pub with my Buddies to luxuriate in freshly poured pints, then spend a miserably disappointing 90 minutes at a Stadium that I sponsor. Hendo
Covid restrictions will never end. We are now in a dystopian society, better get used to it. Lets face it, if people buy the "we've found a new strain" bollocks to justify increased restrictions, they'll fecking accept anything. An addendum: Probably back to The Bull, a couple of pints or so. And at some time later in the evening visit the Hippy Chippy for a Black Pudden supper.
