presume the guy was referring to Don thomas and Iain wilson but they didn't play or were even registered as subs for kilmarnock in any of the games. Clarity from clowns above required.

The two players concerned both played v Dunfermline in the section. One of them, Euan Deveney ,  played for Falkirk v Rangers I think.

So is Brophy available for Livingstone Billy ?

Ffs calm down, who cares....he wasn't there to get Saints this far so no need to panic...getting yourself in some state!

Ok so neither Falkirk or Kilmarnock made it out of group stages so would be irrelevant to our point with brophy.

Falkirk got through, Sevco thumped them 4 nil.

Indeed Euan Deveney played for Kilmarnock in the 1st round group stages (against Dunfermline), then played for Falkirk in the next round. So he doesn't appear to have been cup tied.

I wonder if that's enough clarity.

But again Deveny was not in team or or bench for Kilmarnock round 1.

FFS! Yes he was.

Also, Innes Cameron, on the team sheet below, subsequently played for Ayr United in round 2.

Not unless Justin begins with an "E" in some parallel world.

It's a Kilmarnock fan that is giving me this info. I'm sure he'd know the difference between the two.

Are you sure?

It's awright, just taking the piss E was playing and J was on the bench

Not good news

Not bad news either really for us, Brophy and Dennis both injured but we have played most of season without them playing so not much of a loss. Only real loss is McGrath...

If Brophy came to us with a foot fracture surely to goodness he underwent a medical some questions to answer here surely

Depends on what procedures are carried out during a medical. Also, stress fractures tend not to be painful in their infancy, so Brophy might not even have known he had it, as they can go unnoticed until the fracture reaches a critical point.

Stress fractures are quite difficult spot on an X-Ray. Some of them only really become obvious on an X-Ray when the injury begins to heal.

Having said that, with a three year contract and a significant financial outlay, you would expect an MRI to be carried out, which has a better (but not definite) chance of picking it up.
