Clarity from clowns above required. The two players concerned both played v Dunfermline in the section. One of them, Euan Deveney , played for Falkirk v Rangers I think. scam75
Falkirk got through, Sevco thumped them 4 nil.

Indeed Euan Deveney played for Kilmarnock in the 1st round group stages (against Dunfermline), then played for Falkirk in the next round. So he doesn't appear to have been cup tied. I wonder if that's enough clarity.

Also, Innes Cameron, on the team sheet below, subsequently played for Ayr United in round 2. Edited January 13, 2021 by FTOF

FTOF
Not unless Justin begins with an "E" in some parallel world. It's a Kilmarnock fan that is giving me this info. I'm sure he'd know the difference between the two.

Also, stress fractures tend not to be painful in their infancy, so Brophy might not even have known he had it, as they can go unnoticed until the fracture reaches a critical point. Stress fractures are quite difficult spot on an X-Ray. Some of them only really become obvious on an X-Ray when the injury begins to heal. Diagnosing a Foot Stress Fracture (sports-health.com) Having said that, with a three year contract and a significant financial outlay, you would expect an MRI to be carried out, which has a better (but not definite) chance of picking it up.
