ALBIONSAINT
Pretty bad in Paisley but not sure if it’s as bad as the first beast?
faraway saint
I think the weather report thread could have coped with this revelation.

Looks a bit trecherous presently. May venture out in the afternoon for work. Very doubtful though. A welcome day off in the heat of my living room. Depth in my garden is about half of what it was the last time. Cars can get up both steep roads up to my house pretty easily. Last time it was two days before that could happen. The last time I had to walk to Morrisons and there was barely a car on the road. Plenty of cars about today.

oaksoft
A few inches where I live. Enough to hide the kerbs on the street and the bottom step of my house. Nowhere near as bad as the Beast and not a patch on 2010 when we had 12 inches of snow in the garden and it came half way up the car. No but I do live half way up a hill so we get a lot more snow than you "lowlanders". If it snows at all we always get a minimum of 4 inches. We got a huge amount of drifting snow in 2010 which is why the car nearly got buried. Digging it out took ages.
