saint in exile Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Well, that was sh*te. JG's tactics all wrong, strikeforce impotent, and Dennis is a clown. Quote
magnus Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Very poor performance. No idea what type of football we are set up to play. Much poorer side than last year. Bottom 4 fare. Quote
ALBIONSAINT Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 “It ends in front of this big passionate crowd” I right, cut out the PR bullshit Quote
beyond our ken Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Too many performances to criticise, but maybe the problem is the lack of firepower-the players will be as aware of that as anyone Quote

ALBIONSAINT Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Early days, I would like to see Erwin and Brophy up front, Main doesn’t appear to be the type of player that holds the ball up. Quote
portmahomack saint Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Lost the game in the first 20mins with the usual negative start at home.. happens all too often. When will he ever learn. Quote

Saint@Johnstone Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Every cloud has a silver lining. Being unable to watch the game sounds like a bonus. Terrible result and next league game is Celtic. Oh, dear. Quote
JJ McG Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 God knows where our next league win is coming from as it’s Celtic and st Johnstone up next. Team is worse than last season. Quote

Don't agree. I think Main causes the opposition problems, as long as he gets the right ball. Quote
saintargyll Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 The answer is obvious, play McCarthy at the back and big joe centre forward see…. Simples Quote
saint in exile Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Power was our best player today. Our midfield hasn't been great, but mostly because we're choosing to pass it back to Alnwick or Dubne for a big punt up the park missing out the midfielders. Quote

Yes I am it's not just these two games it's every game it's f**king pathetic week after week worrying about other team how's about giving other teams the problem and go try win a f**king game every team must love playing St Mirren knowing we ain't going to bother them . But more cash equals better players. If McGrath is away, hopefully we get a decent wedge for him. Every player is replaceable. Quote

I’m in the West Stand ( when we are allowed in) and there a guy that shouts the whole game , at times he more entertaining than the actual game🤯 Quote
Ronnie Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 Cannot believe I waited 18 months to watch that shi*e live.Robbie Nelson, Halliday & Mckay-Steven are all still some of the biggest bellends in Scottish Football. Quote
Ethan Posted August 7, 2021 Report Posted August 7, 2021 When is Goodwin going to realise we need a ball carrying centre midfield player. We never seem to carry a ball forward. We lack pace in wide areas and as for our forwards dont get me started. Its all well having a formation to play but you need players to match. We allow teams to play onto us and press the ball. I have yet to see an improvement on last season. Quote

Sack him after two league games but, no bother. 😂😂 Quote
