bigjerseybuddie
After St Johnstone’s efforts on Thursday it would be ideal to hit them at pace, unfortunately something we seem to lack. They will likely sit in and take a point. We don’t seem able to break teams down. I fear a rather boring game with 1 goal either way to win it. Agree they will want to sit in and pace is not something we have right now. Do we have the guile to break them down hmmm right now bit unsure hopefully today it clicks and we get the win. slapsalmon
Probably been discussed somewhere on here. Anyone know if there's general sale at the ground or does it have to be through the ticketing site? If it's through the ticketing site only how long does it take for a barcode to be sent? I was looking in the match and tickets section, which strangely doesn't have anything about buying tickets other than season tickets
Clydebanksaint
I see it mentions no away tickets but the general sale link allows you to click the away stand whats to stop away supporters just buying them.

Clydebanksaint
Unless my forced self isolation is affecting me that line up seems to have 7 first and foremost defensively minded players in there

However my guess it will be actually more attacking than that, possibly a 3-4-1-2 of Alnwick; McCarthy, Shaughnessy, Dunne; Fraser, Tait, Erhahon, Tanser; McGrath; Main, Brophy. Tait in defensive midfield would be a surprise, but its the only way i can see this team fitting together.

It's the simplest explanation for a frankly baffling selection.
Clydebanksaint
Why put Tait in as DM in a role unfamiliar do we not have mcPherson and Flynn on the bench, Flynn should be starting someone that has a forward thinking mind. We are the home team for goodness sake. Its St Johnstone we are playing not bloody Barcelona
ford prefect
It's baffling in the extreme. Flynn or McPherson should be in the starting team. Hopefully it works though

southsidebud
Surprisingly easy trip in. Gourock train deposited us at St James at 1438 - straight through turnstiles and in seat for 1445. Slight downer is that we have to leave 5 mins early to get the only train back for 2 hours! Hopefully we have it sewn up by then 🙂
