Not sure that's hard cash - more likely some sort of accounting type deal as Inter Miami were found guilty of over spending/cheating. Good luck in New York Lewis. I would imagine that there is a salary cap that has to balance with prize money for finishing position, etc. The fact they aren't now technically an 'expansion team then the financial ruling comes into effect i would assume.
