Three Former Players to boost our season.

Go on, pick three ex saints players from any era to make a significant improvement in our fortunes come January.

I believe my three would elevate us into the top six.

Copland, Iain Munro and McAvennie.

Obviously, they will be transformed into their normal matchday fitness.

Doug Somner and Frank McDougall with Peter Weir (1st time version) supplying the ammo from the left

Alternatively

Andy Millen, Billy Abercromby and Tam Turner just to see Scott Brown and any other so called hard men shit themselves.

I could have chosen Billy Stark, Tony Fitzpatrick (1st time) and Lex Richardson but Goodwin just bypasses the midfield so no point.

That's a tough one as only 2 of the present team would come close to getting a game with the teams we had in the early 80s alone

So I'm picking 9

Jak Alnwick

Stevie Clark.  Bobby Reid. Joe Shaughnessy Ian Munroe

Billy Stark Bobby McKean Billy Abercromby Lewis Morgan

Frank McAvennie, Frank McDougall

What a team that would be reckon most games would see goals galore   :)
