However, over the season so far, we did not deserve to finish in the top six - neither this nor last season. A win against Motherwell last week and they wouldn’t be in the top six. People might say that the competitiveness was down to a lack of quality overall but one can’t deny the excitement , highs and disappointments. What the game is all about as entertainment. Where it's disappointing to miss out we are close and need to improve on the 12 goals at home this season. It's in reaching difference if we were a bit more lucky at home.
