Theres always an overreaction by the media every time an English manager gets sacked in the EPL.

He's had a good crack at it and they've been good to him as much as he's been good to them over the years.

If anyone watched that game against Norwich they'd know how bad Burnley are at the moment. The board are entitled to roll the dice and hope for the 'new manager bounce' IMO.

It's either that or certain relegation because thats where it was going.

Indeed, they have rolled the dice and, at the moment, it looks like paying off, and with the money involved, big time.

Since they sacked Dyche they have drawn, won and are currently winning against Wolves.

IF it stays as it is they will be above Everton who are odds on to get pumped today, although Everton will still have a game in hand.

UPDATE: Burnley did, in fact, win and are sitting above Everton.
