Offord getting 1st team game time is great but he had a poor one. Much as I like Tait and Flynn for what they have done for us in the past - think wages could be better spent. We never looked in danger of not getting the win, but we struggled to create enough clear cut chances for my liking. For me the team doesn't have the right balance currently. The pitch was hard and bumpy - the worst I have seen there in dry weather. Same for both sides. They reverted to a 5-4-1 formation or thereabouts for the second half as damage limitation but we could/should have been able to add another couple. Sitting in a bar at Haymarket before getting the Queen st train. Hopefully calm me down after that. I try not to be pessimistic but this has all the hallmarks of relegation..
