After watching Rishi Sunak being mauled by Andrew Neil I commend Liz Truss for having turned down an invitation to appear.

She would have left a quivering wreck. She is not fit to lead a circus parade never mind a country.

She is a good Buddie and deserves your support. You shouldnt badmouth one of our own.

She is not a Buddie.

She was born in Oxford which as far as I can tell is not even remotely close to the borders of Paisley.

She's started hitting herself?

She would likely miss.

For someone who get to be PM with around 100,000 votes, she shouldn't be insulting someone who won more than 1 million to get to be First Minster.

We should never forget that Nazanin Zaghary-Radcliffe was forced to signa full confession before the Iraqis allowed her to board her flight home.  Truss was aware that this could happen yet her officials stood by and let it go forward without even a word of protest.

Ms Sturgeon was reelected as a MSP with 19,735 constituency votes. Not the 1m you claim.

Also worth noting that all the posturing from the SNP about democracy with the Tory leadership campaign and then forgetting that Ms Sturgeon was elected leader of the SNP in 1994 unopposed. Thats hardly democratic.

Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe husband was complementary on the fact that Liz Truss was the first of 6 Foreign Secretaries to actually get his wife home. I’m not sure that he is particularly bothered that she signed a fake confession to get home. What she and he are bothered about is that Liz Truss promised to deal with the kidnappers, which she has failed to do despite being given the names of the 10 main Iranian antagonists 9 months ago. She is just like all politicians, where they make promises that hope they never have to deliver..

1 million plus voted for the SNP knowing she would be the 1st minister.

As long as others COULD HAVE stood, if they so chose, it is absolutely democratic.

Thats not how the UK electoral system works. You vote for someone to represent you locally. Then the party with the largest number of seats forms government. The leader of that party is the PM.

When Ms Sturgeon became leader in 2014 no one voted for her to be the First Minister.
