Does anyone know if Frank is going to attend tomorrow's game?

I watched a short interview Frank gave the other day, it seems he may not have long left, I'll admit it near brought me to tears...

I hope he's doing as good as can be expected. :(

IF he's coming along the club should let people know, without sounding like it's about the money (it's not) I'm sure plenty of more "mature supporters" would turn up to give him the reception he deserves.

A friend sent me it, it's from Celtic tv, I'll find it and post it..

Thanks. Frank was one of my idols growing up.

He is our greatest ever post war goalscorer. Billy Stark runs him close.

His last goal for Celtic was that 1985 SC final against United. He was treated horrifically by Celtic FC back then.

Their loss was our gain as he led our team to victory in 1987. Fergie’s goals were crucial, Aber in midfield, Cooper, etc in defence and Campbell in goals, but Frank’s experience and desire really drove that team on. He was the only guy in that team who had won a major domestic honour up until that glorious day in May.

A bit like Thommo in 2013.

I always remember Franks comment on the Marchin In video - “success for St Mirren is staying in the Premier League”.

At the time of the video I was a bit annoyed at that comment, but he was proven right. Without St Mirren being in the top flight we really have zero chance of winning a major honour.

It would be great if we could get some cards and letters sent from us individually to where he is being treated so that he knows how much he is loved and adored in Paisley.

Just finished watching..

Outstanding and emotional interview.

What an amazing guy Frank is. An absolute St Mirren legend.

I have great memories of his playing career at our Club.

An original Fergie Furie .

Lots of treasured memories of Frank.

His hat trick at Dens Park in April 1977.

Winner in the Semi in 1987.

And many more...

Part of the famous and legendary Fergie's Furies.

Tremendously sad news

He was very much in my best era watching St Mirren

Plenty of tributes already on youtube

Definitely worthy of a St Mirren tribute

RIP

This. The Fergies Furies team played the most exciting football I've ever seen from Saints, and Frank was a major part of that.
