The Dons defender has his left foot actually on the goal line while his right leg is obviously way behind, striking the ball….. Jockmd
Baccus played one of his best performances yesterday and although the team was a bit frustrating in the first half they excelled in the second half. Even if Aberdeen had 11 players throughout the game we would still have beaten them. They are over a year from getting back to where they think they should be. Must say Main's goals were the best of the season so far. Also impressed by the young Small - really sharp and fast.

Sad to see Ethan go, we’re losing strength in depth. However, I think Baccus is better than Ethan in the centre and I think Kiltie brings more creativity to the side.

Cookie Monster
I see Aberdeen have got over the defeat. They've now incorporated one of the rejects VAR goal photo's, into their badge.

Ronnie
If you are in need of a laugh have a wee read of the Aberdeen forum, complete meltdown. https://afc-chat.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/46481-fmb-1-3-st-mirren/ Just catching up on here started reading from the red card FFS they sound like old firm fans entitled to beat wee diddy teams like St Mirren easily and refs are against them. I pointed out on twitter and Facebook last night to them Mcrorie should have walked in match on Christmas Eve his tackle was worse than Stewart's in denying a clear goalscoring opportunity and for some reason ref only booked him so if his red was controversial last night it's evened itself up. Sonny
In Aug Aberdeen beat St Mirren 4-1 when Gallagher was sent off after 20 mins. The sending off was hardly mentioned on Sportscene as all they did was heap praise on Aberdeen's new signings and how brilliant they were. Fast forward 5 months and same venue but this time an Aberdeen player (not a central defender) is sent off early in the game. But Sportscene focuses on the sending off and hardly mentions that St Mirren ripped them apart. Could easily have been a 1-5 scoreline. A wee bit of praise for St Mirren would have been nice (and justified). But then you'd have to kick Michael Stewart off the show,

We’ve started to pull some great results together and gain momentum. They can start heaping the praise when we’re top 6 after the split.
