Season Tickets 2024/25

Made several attempts to renew my concession ST online over the weekend. Website would not accept picture of my driving licence.

Phoned the ticket office on Monday afternoon. Very helpful lady took my details and renewed my ticket in 10 minutes. No ID required. So, why was it asked for online? Puzzling.

Nope still can't get mine to renew get to ID part and jumps back to start.

I had to go into Paisley for something this morning and decided to renew at the Ticket Office.

I mentioned the problem with Concessions renewing to the helpful young woman there,

She told me they are fixing it some time today.

When I chose my boys seat which is under a concession it filled in his sex as Female and his ticket type as a Pensioner. I just left those fields as that without changing them then I clicked continue and it loaded the payment form. At that point I then went back and corrected the sex and ticket type and it went through fine.

Renewed two tickets today, by far the easiest the process has ever been for me. Took less than two minutes. And that was including it being auto-loaded to the digital ticket app. 
 

No concessions to book right enough, just straight up adult tickets.

Surely it is bonkers that I can't renew my over-65 concession season ticket without uploading some form of proof of I.D. ? Since I was over-65 when renewing my ST for several previous years is it not likely that I'm still over-65 ? What am I missing here ?

Might be two things from what I can tell. 
1. did you have to provide proof when you turned over 65? If not, maybe just correcting the system 

2. New systems, new requirement to store evidence.

I'm having a great time. 

Been trying to renew family season tickets since Monday. They replied quickly to my emails however and today I finally got a scan of my dad's passport . 

Tried online again this morning but couldn't renew.  Phoned several times  ..always went to answerphone l. Left a message but didn't get a callback. Emailed early afternoon..no reply. Worried I'll lose our seats now.

First season ticket for myself and son.

Was always regular attender, but my son couldn't always due to Uni and work commitments.

I hold my hands up I was convinced we would sell less this season because I knew for a fact people were buying cheaper tickets because no ID was required so to sell more than 4000 is fantastic well done to everyone in showing your support.

It was fairly obvious to most people that season tickets would, at least, match last season as we had a stonking season, although that seemed to have slipped your mind.
