I don't think I've ever advocated this but I believe we should change to one up top for the second leg with, and, this is not going to be agreed by all, Scott up top. IF things are going to plan and we're not simply preventing a landslide, then we can bring on pace and go for it a little. Last night they played through us as if we were a man down. They are a very good side. I also think things would be different if we had the O'Hara that played v Vilur at our disposal.

This said. Good luck to all who managed to get tickets and those who are going on the chance they get something over there. Make our team, and country proud of our support at least.

Dont even think about it! Brann hates playing towards 442 formations. You have to keep the right level of threat in front of the Brann goal or else you'll really get hammered. The worst thing you can do towards Brann is to play ultra defensive. If you want to survive you have to attack!

As someone once said :whistle  "attack is the best form on defence".

Robinson hopeful O’Hara will be fit for this one.

If so, we still have a chance with O’Hara, Oduwa and Adenarin offering more mobility in midfield.

Unfortunately Smyth does not seem to be fully match-fit and Boyd-Munce hasn’t got his mojo working so far this season.

We should also persist with Olusanya and Scott up front.

However, I agree with Elvis that our narrow shape in defence serves to pass the attacking initiative to our opponents - especially when they are as skillful in possession as Brann.

SolidSport have already got two games on Thursday - one at 6pm and the other at 8pm.

Looks like it's going to be either Saints TV PPV or BBC for us.

Or possibly nothing if no sale concluded...

Robbo saying Gogic and Boyd Munce have been added to the injury list. Gogic ankle, Boyde Munce scan on shoulder. O’Hara still a doubt but training today to see how he reacts.
Hopefully Robinson playing mind games with Brann but noticed we tried to take Gogic off on Sunday but he refused and played the whole game. If we are missing Gogic tomorrow, I fear the worst.

It’s been a tough start to the season re injuries.

Gogic made a block at Pittodrie which may have resulted in his injury.
We will certainly miss him if he is forced to sit this game out.

Reckon we will exit this competition tomorrow as Brann looked a right good side in the first leg.

Really.

A hard evening ahead - particularly if we are indeed without Gogic, O’Hara and BM.

With the games played this season/qualifiers - the gaps in the middle of the pitch, inviting teams on to us at times is our weakness, so these guys missing is an issue.

I’d take shulls pens prediction all day, as the windfall of cash from another leg would be as SR suggests ‘a game changer for us’
