Rascal Posted August 19, 2024 Report Posted August 19, 2024 After missing out on a trip to Iceland with my two sons it was great to be able to travel to Norway with them both and with my grandson. Three generations there. Great trip. Well enjoyed. Stayed in the same hotel as the players, management and directors. Quote
BigYardsAndBasher Posted August 19, 2024 Report Posted August 19, 2024 Well done, Sir! I'm glad you enjoyed your trip despite the result. Quote

Helmettroll Posted August 20, 2024 Report Posted August 20, 2024 I had an absolutely fantastic few days, The weather stopped me from exploring the city as much as I wanted too but gave me an excuse for spending more time than I planned in the pub. The feeling when we equalized was up there with greatest times I've ever had as a fan. Despite the weather and the scoreline I had superb time even though it cost me a small fortune, I'm so glad I was there.. Quote

WeeBud Posted August 20, 2024 Report Posted August 20, 2024 We went up to the viewpoint on Friday afternoon, it was pretty spectacular and the weather had taken a turn for the better Quote
Churchill Posted August 26, 2024 Report Posted August 26, 2024 Glad you enjoyed Bergen. SK Brann has now adapted St. Mirrens tradition on fundraising to help people in need. On their trip to Kazakhstan, the fans are collecting money to help newborn NICU in Rural Areas of Kazakhstan. So, you Saints have had an lasting impression on us Vikings. Quote
Swiss_Saint Posted August 26, 2024 Report Posted August 26, 2024 Did the funicular and the cable car as well as a fjord boat trip, was all really good. The restaurant at the top of the cable car is decent, had mussels in garlic and white wine in worse locations anyway Quote

Churchill Posted August 27, 2024 Report Posted August 27, 2024 Not more than they could actually count, 27 in total. To far away in and the middle of the working week. Plus Kazakhstan doesn't seem to be a very tempting destination for most people. But the fundraising was started from home, so that all fans could participate. Quote
