guinness Posted April 14 Report Posted April 14 As good as we could have hoped for. Extra home game and one upside of playing Celtic last game of the season is it is easy to get away from Parkhead as they will all stay behind for a party. Hopefully we play a good attacking system and see how many points we can pick up. Would be great to get third win against The Rangers, long time since we did that. With the other teams all playi g for third place we could really mess one of two of them up. Quote
Scott-Leeds Posted April 14 Report Posted April 14 Would have been nice to have an outside chance of European football but it’s too much to catch up Delighted with top six however Quote
Smithers Jones Posted April 14 Report Posted April 14 Is the time of the Rangers game likely to change ? Unusual to play them at home at 3pm on a Saturday. Quote

shull Posted April 14 Report Posted April 14 Pity we ain't got a Cup Final to look forward to after the last match in the league. We made a cnut of it against Hearts. Season is well over with nothing to show. Quote

Maybe we'll burst the Gray bubble. The bit in bold? I don't believe we've ever done that in the whole of their thirteen year existence. 🤔 Edited April 15 by stlucifer Quote
faraway saint Posted April 15 Report Posted April 15 While I've remained positive throughout most of the season I[m astounded to read over on P&B that some seem to think we can catch Aberdeen or Dundee Utd. There's next to no chance of that happening with a 9 point gap with 5 to play it would take these two teams, who have lost only 11 games each all season, to fall apart and us to win 3 and draw one of our remaining 5. Aye, nothing is impossible but us being 5th is as close as you'll get. Quote

I agree it’s unlikely but Aberdeen are a basket case and them losing their last 5 wouldn’t be impossible…………..highly unlikely but not impossible I have a big problem for the Aberdeen v Hearts semi final………I want them both to lose 🍻 Quote

At the same time, us taking 10 points is equally as unlikely as them losing all 5. They are only five goals better off than us at the moment So slightly less impossible than you suggest. Still extremely improbable as their current form is not that bad : six matches since they last lost. Quote

I've never said impossible mate, close to impossible as the chances on any of the above are impossible....... Oooops. 🤣🤣🤣 Ach, we'll wait and see, one game at a time and all that. 😉 Edited April 16 by faraway saint Quote
TPAFKA Jersey 2 Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 I think for there to be any realistic chance of us catching anyone, we'd probably need to win all 5 of our games. So not realistic at all really! 🤣 Quote
