Pope dies

Quite apt the Pope has passed away on Easter Monday after making the effort to appear yesterday for the crowd who had gathered for Easter Sunday.

88 years old and has been very ill recently.

I'm sure he'll get a VIP pass straight upstairs.

Regardless of how any of us feel about any organised religion or faith, he was certainly an example of kindness and tolerance who stepped outside the politics and bureaucracy of the Vatican to promote a message of  kindness.

Interesting to see some of the reactions, Starmer has issued a respectful message on a plain black background, the White House has issued photos of the Pope with Trump & Vance

I saw an interview with Trump where he says he didn't know about the picture of him dressed as a bishop until he was shown it by Melania despite the fact it was uploaded by the White House accountant, the clown is a compulsive liar at worst or more scarily has no control over the behaviour of his staffers.
