No thanks, certainly not at this stage I'm not for us taking an inexperienced guy which could easily see us slide back into the bottom six, or lower. Anyhow, no point discussing this, there's nothing concrete to suggest Robinson is going anywhere. Quote

Paper talk hopefully Quote
billyg Posted June 6 Report Posted June 6 EFL Analysis can confirm St Mirren boss Stephen Robinson is of interest to Plymouth Argyle, and they have spoken to him about a possible move to Home Park However, we are told St Mirren are hoping to persuade Robinson to sign a contract extension to discourage the interest from south of the border and, in particular, Plymouth Argyle. beyond our ken Posted June 6 Report Posted June 6 If he goes, he goes. The board can put a contract in front of him but he isn't compelled to sign it and to be honest, if an interested club want him then a few grand more on the compensation wont deter them. Robinson is 50 and will be considering his next move every day. Quote

alwaystrue Posted June 7 Report Posted June 7 He's been a great appointment but if he goes, the gaffer goes knowing he has changed us and made us better. Challenge is then set down the next manager to build on it. I hope he stays for at least one more season but his stock is high and english clubs can outprice us and most other clubs in scotland. faraway saint Posted June 7 Report Posted June 7 The level of slevering drivel over on P&B is incredible. One ludicrous post leads to another with each unlikely scenario growing arms and legs. It's time some valium was dished out although the close season has always seen a rise in wild revelations. Oh, the cousin of a bus driver my aunt kinda knows heard Robinson is currently in talks with a club in a very warm country and his family are enjoying the sunny weather. Quote
elvis Posted Thursday at 05:12 PM Report Posted Thursday at 05:12 PM According to Plymouth live Robbo was in the last 4 candidates and has been Interviewed. Must have been by zoom call if he's in the states on holiday. Quote
