Is Our Club in Financial Difficulty ?

My thoughts on this, and it is just speculation, is that O'Hara has likely refused us and went with Killie more due to the length of contract rather than wages. At his stage in his career another extra year is probably important. Even more so when you consider his recent injury issues.

Anyway. No matter why. I wish him well and hope he enjoys his second year visiting places like Arbroath and Inverness.

Not directly related but it shows we've got good people on our board..... 

Congratulations to St Mirren Football Club Directors Paul McNeill and Jim Irvine who have been awarded MBEs. 

The pair, who have been on the Club board as SMiSA representatives since 2022 and 2023 respectively, were named in the New Year Honours and have today collected their medals. 

Paul has been recognised for services to Young People with Dyslexia, while Jim has been honoured for services to People Living with Epidermolysis Bullosa.
