Miss Thorizaar went to see them last night and said they were very good. Apparently they came on at 8:10, ages before everyone was in the hall which is a bit poor.

It will, of course, have said “doors open at 7.30†and very possibly have said when they would be on stage. Cannae blame the band.

Noticed at the weekend that they have just released remastered versions of three of their albums including Children and Gods Own Medicine, but i doubt there have bothered with Grains of Sand!

Think i'll just stick to my original vinyl and relive my youth in the QM! B)

Just caught up with this - amazing. Is the tribute CD out already?

Somewhere amongst many, many 7" singles on the shelf behind me is a copy of "Prospect Street" - must dig it out....

Don't know about the tribute cd, gone a bit quiet on that front.

Steven Lindsay's new cd "Kite" is excellent, as was his previous cd from 2004/5 "Exit Music", which is as close to a flawless album as you'll get. :)

Biffy Clyro - Puzzle (Well worth the 3 year wait) :)

 damn web cafe's in australia wont let me download it!

anway, here's mines:

1. Ryan Adams - Demolition :notworthy

2. Bernard Fanning - Tea and Sympathy

3. The Shins - Chutes Too Narrow

4. Whiskeytown - Faithless Street

5. Lost Highway Records - Lost and Found Volume 1

OK, so smells a bit much of alternative country and ryan adams overload, but the man writes 9 songs a day!! how am i supposed to keep up with that and listen to them all?

Hey Crudenbud where abouts in Oz are you? I take it you'll be well aware of Powderfinger if you're listening to Bernard Fanning. Vulture Street & Odyssey Number 1 are two great albums and the stuff I've heard from Tea & Sympathy is pretty bloody good as well.
