Thorizaar
1. Bin lorries that edge down a narrow street at rush hour causing long tail backs and turning a 5 minute journey to work into a 30 minute one! 2. Bin men who lift bags off the top of a full wheelie bin, place it on the street then empty the bin because it's not in their job description to collect bags not in the bins! 3. Bin men who leave your wheelie bin in the middle of the pavement 20 yards away from where you put it resulting in you getting a letter from the council asking you not to leave your wheelie bins in the middle of the pavement!! 4. Bin men who don't empty a bin if it's too heavy despite it having been wheeled through a garden and up some steps by the owner. 5. Bin men.
